Modern Workplace and Microsoft 365
Your files, mail and devices run from Microsoft's cloud, managed to one standard. The implementation is covered by the monthly fee, so you do not get a separate project invoice for it.
The pieces
- Microsoft 365: Exchange for mail, Teams for chat and meetings, SharePoint and OneDrive for files, arranged so staff can find what they need.
- Intune: every laptop and phone enrolled, encrypted, patched and checked for compliance. A lost device can be wiped remotely.
- Entra ID: one identity per person, with Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication enforced and legacy sign-in blocked.
- Windows Autopilot: a new laptop goes straight from the supplier to the staff member and configures itself when they first sign in.
What changes for your staff
They sign in once, their files follow them between office and home, and a replacement laptop arrives ready to use. Before cutover they get a one-page note that explains what is different and what they need to do, which is usually very little.
Included in the price
Many providers quote a Microsoft 365 move as a project on top of the monthly fee. Ours sits inside the same $150 per user, per month. Licences are passed through at our Microsoft CSP price with zero markup.
Written down and kept current
Every policy and setting goes into your documentation register. If you leave us, the configuration records come with you.
