Switching MSP in four stops
Changing managed service provider takes about three weeks. You do not need your current provider's cooperation, and it starts with a free assessment that changes nothing.
- Days 1–3
Free read-only assessment
We review your Microsoft 365 setup, devices, security and licence spend. Nothing is changed, and the findings are yours whether or not you go ahead.
- Days 4–7
Written fixed-price plan
A written plan sets out what needs fixing, the fixed price, and what can wait.
- Days 8–21
Cutover
Admin access is transferred, the security baseline is applied and devices are enrolled in stages. Staff receive a one-page note.
- Day 22 onward
Steady state
A monthly report you can read in five minutes, and a roadmap conversation every quarter.
Stop 1: the free read-only assessment
Over the first three days we look at your Microsoft 365 configuration, how staff sign in, your devices, your backups and your licence spend. The access is read-only, so nothing changes. The findings are yours to keep whether you go ahead with us or not.
Stop 2: a written fixed-price plan
By day seven you have a written plan. It lists what needs fixing, the fixed price for it and what can wait. If your current setup is in good shape, the plan says that too.
Stop 3: cutover
Between days 8 and 21, admin access is transferred to us, the security baseline is applied and devices are enrolled in Intune in stages, so nobody loses a day. Staff get a one-page note explaining what changes for them.
Stop 4: steady state
From day 22 you receive a monthly report you can read in five minutes, and we meet each quarter to agree the roadmap. The agreement stays month to month.
Your current provider
The changeover does not depend on your current provider's help. Check your existing agreement for its notice period so the two overlap sensibly. And if you ever leave us, every credential, document and configuration record we hold is handed over.
